Cooling-off period/return
It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because the product does not suit you, or maybe there is another reason why you would not want the order after all. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. Please note, due to hygiene and health reasons, we cannot accept returns of products where the seal has been broken.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, we request that you use the withdrawal form. You can request this form via order@powrfood.com. Do not forget to mention your order number.
You must ship the goods immediately, and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you informed us of the withdrawal of your order, to:

After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning your order to our warehouse are for your own account. These costs are approximately 7.25 per package; please consult your carrier's website for exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us in its original state and unopened packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us at order@powrfood.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided the product has already been received back in good order.
Exchange product?
Do you want to exchange a product? That is no problem at all. You can contact order@powrfood.com for this. However, you will bear the costs for returning the product yourself.
I provided a wrong delivery address!
Accidentally provided a wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to change the order for you.
Delivery time & shipping costs
We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to ship orders placed on workdays before 9:00 PM on the same day. This means you will have your order at home the next day. Should we, for any reason, not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
The stated prices exclude shipping costs. The shipping costs are:
€ 5.25 for orders that fit through the mailbox
€ 7.55 for orders under € 45.-
Free for orders from € 45.-
In general, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact moment of delivery.
