Definitions

In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

Customer: The natural person not acting in the exercise of a profession or business who enters into an agreement with Beofit.

Agreement: Any agreement concluded between Beofit and the customer regarding the purchase of products via the website.

Products: All goods offered by Beofit via the website, including sports nutrition supplements, accessories, and other related products.

Right of Withdrawal: The right of the customer to cancel the purchase of unopened products within a certain period as described in these terms and conditions.

Money-Back Guarantee: The guarantee offered to customers ordering from Beofit for the first time, subject to the conditions set out in these terms and conditions.

Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to every offer from Beofit and to every agreement concluded between Beofit and the customer via the website www.beofit.com. By placing an order on the website, the customer agrees to the applicability of these terms and conditions.

The Offer

Beofit offers a varying range of products, including but not limited to sports nutrition supplements and accessories that support an active lifestyle. The full range and corresponding specifications can be found on the website. Although Beofit strives for accuracy in product descriptions, inaccuracies or price changes may occur. Beofit reserves the right to change the offer at any time.

The Agreement

The agreement between Beofit and the customer is concluded at the moment the customer places an order via the website and this order is confirmed by Beofit via an order confirmation by e-mail. Beofit reserves the right to refuse an order or request additional information if deemed necessary for the correct handling of the agreement.

Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the products, without giving reasons, provided the products are unopened, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

Nutritional supplements whose seal has been broken after delivery cannot be returned for hygienic and health reasons.

Accessories and other products can be returned if they are unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must contact Beofit in writing or via e-mail within the withdrawal period. The costs of returning the products are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Products whose seal has been broken after delivery, particularly nutritional supplements that are not suitable for return after opening for hygienic and health reasons.

Products made specifically to the customer's specifications or personalized at the customer's request.

Money-back guarantee for first orders

Applicability: The money-back guarantee applies exclusively to a customer's first order with Beofit. The customer can claim this guarantee if they are not satisfied with the selected products. Which products qualify for the money-back guarantee is clearly stated on the product pages of the website.

Identification of first order: To determine if an order qualifies for the money-back guarantee, Beofit checks whether the e-mail address and postal address provided with the order have been used previously. If this is the case, the customer does not qualify for the money-back guarantee.

Limitations: The money-back guarantee is not valid in combination with other actions, offers, discounts, or promotions. If the first order was placed using an action or discount code, it does not qualify for the money-back guarantee.

Procedure: The customer must contact Beofit in writing or via e-mail within 14 days of receiving the first order to claim the money-back guarantee. The customer may be asked to provide additional information to confirm that it is a first order.

Abuse: Beofit reserves the right to refuse the money-back guarantee if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or unusual circumstances.

Prices

The prices of the products as stated on the website include VAT, unless otherwise indicated. Any shipping costs are stated separately during the ordering process. Beofit reserves the right to change the prices of products at any time. However, price changes do not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

Conformity and Warranty

Beofit guarantees that the products meet the specifications stated on the website and that they meet reasonable requirements of soundness and usability. If a product is defective or deviates from the description on the website, the customer must report this to Beofit in writing or by e-mail within 14 days of receipt. Beofit will, at its discretion, proceed to replace the product or refund the purchase amount, provided the complaint is found to be justified.

Delivery and Execution

Beofit will make every effort to deliver the ordered products as soon as possible. The delivery times stated on the website are indicative and may vary. Exceeding the delivery time does not entitle the customer to compensation or termination of the agreement, unless the delay is excessive and cannot be resolved within a reasonable period.

Payment

The customer can use the payment methods offered by Beofit, including iDEAL, credit card, and PayPal. The customer must pay the amounts due in advance at the time of ordering, unless otherwise agreed.

Complaints Procedure

Beofit highly values customer satisfaction. Complaints about the execution of the agreement or the products must be submitted fully and clearly described to Beofit within a reasonable time after discovery. Complaints are handled within 14 days of receipt. If the handling of a complaint takes longer, the customer will be informed in a timely manner, including an indication of the period within which a solution can be expected.

Liability

Beofit is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or any form of damage resulting from improper use of the products by the customer. The customer must use the products in accordance with the provided instructions and guidelines. Beofit is also not liable for health claims or personal results related to the use of the products, as effects may vary per individual.
