Returns - Cooling-off Period/Withdrawal
It may happen that you want to return an order, for example, because you do not like the product or for another reason. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
Important: for hygienic and health reasons, we cannot accept returns for products where the seal has been broken.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, we request that you use the withdrawal form. This form can be requested via info@beofit.com. Do not forget to mention your order number.
You must ship the goods immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days after notifying us of your withdrawal to:

After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the products. You will then receive a full refund of the order amount, including the original shipping costs. Only the costs for the return shipment to our warehouse are at your own expense. These costs usually amount to approximately € 7.25 per package (consult your carrier's website for exact rates).
We will refund the amount due within 14 days after the registration of your return, provided that the product has been received by us in good order and is unopened in the original packaging.
Exchanging a product
Do you want to exchange a product? That is possible. Please contact us via info@beofit.com. The costs for returning the original product are at your own expense.
Incorrect delivery address provided
Did you accidentally fill in the wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to correct the order in time, if possible.
Delivery Time & Shipping Costs
We do our utmost to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed on business days before 9:00 PM are, in most cases, shipped the same day. This usually means that your order will be delivered the next day. If this unexpectedly fails, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Shipping costs:
€ 5.25 for orders that fit through the letterbox
€ 7.55 for orders under € 45.-
Free shipping for orders of € 45.- and above
In general, delivery takes place on the next business day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot give a guarantee regarding the exact time of delivery.
